Summary

WCG’s consultants facilitated a seven-week business-change intervention based on Lean techniques for a 1500-strong blue-chip training organisation. Working alongside employees at all levels within the organisation, we mapped the current and future processes, instigated a series of pertinent measures and generated an action list of change initiatives. We helped facilitate one such initiative and at the end of the seven weeks, the resultant business changes demonstrated annualised savings of £180,000.
