Summary
The marketing department of a leading financial institution needed to improve the time taken to plan its financial products (mortgages, loans, savings accounts) and make them available to customers.
WCG consultants held a series of workshops introducing modern project management techniques into the financial institution. Also, they co-ordinated with other departments and external agencies to locate key contact points and identify standard times and tasks. WCG also mentored the marketing staff during the preparations for new products.
