  Adam Humphrey is an IT project specialist. He works with projects which span information technology, process and business change, helping organisations to achieve their business goals.

After training as an electronic engineer specialising in computing and communications, he carried out research in communications and radar. Moving into IT consultancy, he worked initially on a range of systems development projects before becoming a project manager. He moved to Price Waterhouse Coopers to provide project audit and improvement services before becoming an independent consultant and member of the Western Consultants Group.

Adam works mostly with service organisations including professional, financial, legal and public services. He has more than 20 years experience, including work with Thomas Cook, Bristol & West, Safeway, Barclays, Legal Service Commission and Ministry of Defence. Adam is an accredited PRINCE2 and Programme Management practitioner.
