CV Summary

With a 25 year career in the project management environment, Andrew has been involved with most areas of the project management environment. Andrew has been involved in programme / project management consultancy for wide variety of organisations in a number of key industrial sectors throughout Europe, including: Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, Finance, Government and Transport.

Recent assignments included the provision of programme management consultancy for major UK Government programmes; establishment of project management centre of excellence for an international pharmaceutical company and programme management for an international energy company.

Recent work has also included developing, implementing, tailoring and improving project management methods such as Prince2 MSP and PMBok to the needs of the organisation whilst incorporating best practices. In addition, extensive training, coaching and mentoring has also been provided in a wide variety of project management topics.
