CV Summary

David Rigby has 25 years experience, much of which is international, as a process improvement, project and change programme manager. His roles invariably encompass the full lifecycle of business change from strategy, through analysing existing processes, new process development and the implementation of the resulting change throughout the organisation.

He combines the innovation skills required for truly effective change with the disciplines required of project, programme and line management. As an interim programme manager he has taken over programmes and delivered the required results.

David has extensive knowledge of retail and wholesale banking, insurance, telecoms billing and government.  He utilises his NLP and coaching skills to lead and support management, deliver training and coach private and corporate clients. David is Regional Chair of Institute of Management Consultancy (Wales and West).

David worked for various banks and insurance companies and also had periods with Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte (PWC), CSC Computer Sciences and James Martin and run an international consultancy.  He is a very effective bridge between business and IT and, being a multi-linguist and having worked in many different countries, is sensitive to cultural differences and understands how to work with them. He also has a passion for quality and has developed the Information Engineering methodologies and is qualified for Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes and ITIL.  He has given numerous international presentations and training on topics such as Change Management, Risk Management, Business Re-engineering, Brand Driven CRM and Enterprise Data Management.

His international experience was gained in Europe, US, Australia, Far-East and Africa and supported by good language skills in Spanish, Italian and French.
