I am founder and CEO of Agilier Ltd (www.agilier.com).

CV Summary

I am a highly experienced certified and chartered consultant, strong in both business and technical areas with outstanding board-level communication skills developed in many client-facing roles. I have extensive experience in project management and business analysis, with special emphasis on workshop facilitation and delivery-focussed methodology design. I use agile methodologies within a more traditional programme framework to deliver rapid business benefit.

I founded Agilier in 2002 because I wanted to give my clients the top-quality level of service that I felt they we not receiving from conventional consultancies. All Agilier's staff and associates have at least ten years' experience in their field. 

Skills: Lean, agile methods (XP, Scrum, DSDM), process / gap analysis, prototyping, methodology design, CSF/KPI analysis, technical design, project scope / requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, risk / change / supplier management, budgeting.

Qualifications: BSc (Hons); Certified Management Consultant (CMC); PRINCE2 Practitioner; DSDM Practitioner; Agile Project Leader Practitioner; Certified ScrumMaster [Agile Project Management]; Foundation Certificate in Facilitation; Chartered IT Professional (CITP).
