Mark is a Certified Management Consultant and is a Member of the Institute of Consultanting. He has considerable professional capabilities in engineering, project management, training, financial management, business strategy and management of international projects. He advised the Malaysian government on their procurement of weapon systems, acted as a consultant on strategic issues and is currenlty leading business transformation in blue chip companies. This unique range of capabilities enables Mark to contribute to the many complex and multidimensional challenges encountered in business.

Mark is committed to the development of other peoples professional capability. He led the delivery of project management training in the Ministry of Defence and developed a consultancy training service. He led the development of a team of 26 management consultants and has been a mentor for graduate engineers for many years.

He has created educational case studies for Cranfield University, Defence Academy and NATO, satisfying a wide range of training needs.

 Mark is an Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Gateway Reviewer and has reviewed the management of major government business transformation programmes.
