Stepping through the creative process and exploring it in an experiential manner, Workshop attendees will learn:

  • The Five biggest mistakes in Innovation 
  • How to select ideas for implementation 
  • The value, and pitfalls, of stepping outside your comfort zone. 

Workshop Leader: Richard Tierney has 30 years experience of leading and managing Creative Teams in the arts and business. He has worked in over 30 countries; from multinational corporations to start-ups. The workshop can also be run in house as a one day intensive session, or for greatest effect, over two half days separated by one week’s time for reflection.
